1. Representation and Eligibility

Age: The Model represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age.
Verification: A valid government-issued ID is required for age verification before any content publication.
Contractor Status: The Model is an independent contractor, not an employee.

2. Scope of Services

Nylon Love Agency (the "Agency") provides management, marketing, and distribution services for the Model’s digital content on global platforms. The Agency acts as an intermediary to maximize the Model's revenue and global reach.

3. Content and Licensing

The Model grants the Agency an exclusive license to host, market, and monetize the content provided. The Agency reserves the right to use the Model’s professional likeness for promotional purposes across digital channels.

4. Privacy and Geo-Blocking

The Agency will implement Geo-blocking tools to restrict content visibility in the Model's home country upon request. While we use industry-standard tools, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against users using VPN technologies.

5. Payouts

Earnings are split based on the individually agreed percentage. Payouts are issued via Cryptocurrency (USDT), Revolut, or Wise, following the deduction of third-party platform fees and taxes.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary for recruitment and content management: name/nickname, contact details (Telegram/WhatsApp), and identification documents for legal age verification.

2. Data Usage

Your personal data and ID documents are used strictly for verification and internal management. We will never sell, rent, or share your private information with third-party marketing companies.

3. Content Safety

All raw files provided to the Agency are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is limited to authorized management personnel involved in the editing and distribution process.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our internal records at any time, subject to the fulfillment of existing contractual payout obligations.
